Having spent many weeks studying about Victorians in our topic lessons, we finally got the chance to experience what it was like to live in the Victorians times on a trip to Dunham Massey. We were dressed as traditional Victorian children and walked around the house and grounds of a Victorian House learning about their way of life. We looked exactly like the children we had been drawing and reading about in our books.

We had an exciting day participating in many activities including making soap and bread and doing the laundry. We are glad that we had the chance to go to Dunham Massey and cannot wait for our next school trip.
